bloomly Announces Tahoe Dreamin’ Sponsorship & Eco Initiatives

Updated: Dec 17, 2021

It’s been a minute, but in-person events are finally back and we could not be more excited!

Virtual events get the job done, but they’re just not the same. We’ve missed cheering at ball games, singing along at concerts, wandering around at festivals — and participating in Salesforce community events.

These events are one of the things we love most about the Salesforce ecosystem. In the business world, it’s rare to find the amazing level of camaraderie, support, and knowledge sharing experienced at Salesforce events. If you’ve attended community events in the past, you know what we’re talking about and you understand why we were elated to hear about an opportunity to be part of one this fall.

While many organizers opted for virtual or hybrid events this year, the folks at Tahoe Dreamin’ elected to host their event in-person at Harrah’s in beautiful South Lake Tahoe. And bloomly is sponsoring the event! We’re thrilled to be a part of it and are looking forward to seeing old friends and making new ones. Keep reading to find out more about the partner marketing workshops we’ll be offering at Tahoe Dreamin’ and the exciting new eco initiatives we’re launching.

Tahoe Dreamin’ will be a 2-day event held October 28 - 29. Our bloomly team will be hosting interactive sessions and hands-on workshops for Salesforce partner firms who want to learn more about the tools needed for ecosystem success. Here’s what we’re offering:

  • “Positioning Your Firm to Win As A Salesforce Partner” Thursday 10/28 @ 1pm PT

In this 30-minute session, you’ll learn how to position your business to stand out from the rapidly growing Salesforce partner crowd so you can win more business in the ecosystem. We’ll share positioning tips and strategies and answer any questions you have.

  • “Partner Marketing Strategies that Drive Business Development” Thursday 10/28 @ 2:30pm PT

This 1-hour session is designed to help you understand the essential elements of a well-rounded and successful partner marketing strategy. We’ll discuss specialization, messaging, assets, and more.

  • “The 3 Customer Stories You Need to Tell (and How to Write Them)” Friday 10/29 @ 9am PT

Customer stories are your most important marketing asset. We’ll teach how to write one designed to grab the attention of Salesforce AEs. You’ll be able to walk away with at least one completed story.

  • “Which Marketing Assets Do You Need to Market to Salesforce?” Friday 10/29 @ 1pm PT

Which marketing assets are most effective in helping you build your brand and fill your pipeline with leads from the Salesforce partner channel? That’s exactly what you’ll find out in this fun interactive session.

Attendance is limited, so make sure you register for Tahoe Dreamin’ and book a spot in our sessions. We’ll also be available for 1:1 sessions with individual Salesforce partners.

Help support our new eco-initiatives

Bloomly is an ecosystem agency in more ways than one. We help Salesforce partners grow and thrive in the Salesforce ecosystem, but we’re also deeply committed to environmental stewardship and doing our best to help our planet’s ecosystem. Everyone on our team loves to spend time outdoors, and we understand the need to respect and care for the beautiful Earth and landscapes we love.

As a business, we feel it’s our job to help raise awareness of environmental issues, support sustainability efforts, and encourage our clients to participate. We may be a product of the culture and practices that got us into this environmental mess in the first place, but that doesn’t mean we can’t work hard to be a force for change and good.

We’re saddened by the disastrous effects of climate change — like the Caldor fire destroying over 220,000 acres of land in the Tahoe area over the last couple of months — but we’re not letting it get us down. Instead, we’re determined to be part of the climate change solution. With that in mind, we’re excited to launch two eco-initiatives to reduce pollution and help our planet heal and rebalance itself.

To accomplish the first goal, Bloomly will provide reusable tumblers to help reduce the number of single-use bottles and cups thrown away during Tahoe Dreamin’. Reusables are one of the easiest ways to reduce the 8 million tonnes of plastic waste that ends up in our oceans every year, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to reduce the pollution from this community event — especially since the Tahoe area has suffered so much from the effects of climate change. We have a limited number of tumblers, so make sure you come by and meet our team when you arrive at the event!

Our second eco-initiative is inspired by Salesforce’s commitment to plant 100 million trees with One Tree Planted. We can’t quite commit to 100 million trees of our own (yet!), but we are proud to announce that bloomly will make a donation to plant one tree for each person who registers for our sessions at Tahoe Dreamin’! We will work with One Tree Planted to plant trees in fire-ravaged areas in Northern California. Bloomly's personal goal is to plant 500 trees by the end of the year!

To increase our impact, we’re looking for people and companies who will match our donation and boost our efforts to help California’s forests heal. Feel free to get in touch if you’re interested in participating!

Our small eco-initiatives won’t change the world overnight, but we believe small steps add up big things — in business and in the fight against climate change.
